The Luce Apartment is attractive accommodation located in one of the charming cobblestone alleys of the Trastevere - one of the most picturesque old quarters of Rome. Formerly solely a residential neighborhood, Trastevere has evolved into a fashionable area of chic boutiques, restaurants and pubs but still keeps its neighbourhood feeling.

A short walk across the Tiber brings you to the heart of historical Rome, so you can reach the Campo de' Fiori in about 12 minutes (daily open-air market), the Pantheon, Forum, Piazza Venezia and transportation hubs are also within easy walking distance.

The apartment sleeps 2 in a queen sized double bed, an additional 2 people (best children) can be accommodated on a sofa bed. There's one bathroom.

The apartment is on the first floor of a characteristic house that has been completely renovated. The entrance door opens onto the appealing and comfortable living room furnished mainly with antiques. The floors are cotto ceramic tiles and the ceilings are wood beamed. At one end of the living room is a round dining table for four and a buffet for dishes.

The sofa can open up into a bed for an additional two people but be warned it is then quite a squash.

There is a telephone in the apartment and a TV (local stations only).

To the left is a fully equipped reasonable size kitchen with a sink, gas stove with oven and four burners, fridge and washing machine.

There are numerous tempting small restaurants nearby, so most people will probably just use it for breakfast, but those who like to cook will not be disappointed.

The bedroom has a queen sized bed, bureau and wardrobe. Next to the bedroom is a modern, fully tiled, bathroom with shower (no bath), basin, bidet and loo. The apartment is also equipped with a radio, good central heat and has windows that let daylight in to all three of the main rooms.
